WHAT IS THE TIMEFRAME FOR PROJECTS?

Generally projects will run from January to mid-April. You will likely meet with your team to finalize the scope of the project around the end of the year but the bulk of project work will begin in January for teams.

WHAT IS THE STRUCTURE OF PROJECT TEAMS?

Each project team will be assigned 4-6 first year Darden students, one of whom will serve as the project lead. Additionally, project teams will be assigned one or two second year Darden students who will provide strategic guidance and support to the first year team.

HOW ARE PROJECTS SELECTED?

We choose our projects carefully to ensure that our teams can make meaning impact alongside our clients. We choose projects based on scope diversity, company industry, and impact to the community.

WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE A PROJECT FULLY SCOPED?

That’s fine! We’ll work with you on the details of the scope at the beginning of the project.
